Do you love your body? think of my questions again and let it sink in.

The old adage, ‘you are what you eat’ still rings true. 

But for many people, making the right food choices can be a bane. 

One of the best ways to move past this roadblock is to gain better understanding of food, more importantly, what you feed your body.

Do you love your body -think twice...Do I love MY body?
My body-.... I quess you  take care of everything else, so good- so far.
But what about the most important thing in this life?
 Your health?  Your body?

Never ever, forget that Your Body is your Temple ...

Love your body for all it's worth...-loving yourself.
Take good care of yourself- my friend...you know, You need  to love yourself before you can spread your love to others...)and.. in the end you are Love.

Why should your food choices matter?

These days, with all the fuss on health and fitness, you’d be hard pressed not to take notice and action.
Staying healthy is no longer regarded as a fad or a bandwagon you get into, but a way of life.

Your health is a valuable investment

The seemingly mundane day to day decisions on what to feed your body and what to do with it are critical steps towards ensuring you can live a long and vibrant life. Of course, it doesn’t hurt to look your best and stay young in the process.

That’s the proverbial icing on the cake.

Nothing best gives that picture of good health like a beautifully toned and sculpted physique. 
Having well-defined muscles allow you to carry out day to day activities with more ease and confidence.
And well, you know what they say, when you feel good, you’ll look good.
With those taut buns, you’ll have a perfect excuse to flaunt your excellent form. In fact, when you are in your top shape, you will probably look great in just about anything. Now, that’s one great motivation right there.

Then there’s also the fact that nothing can be more compellingly appealing to the opposite sex than showing you know how to take care yourself.
And what better way to do so that having those rock hard abdominal muscles?
The abs are known to be the most influential group of muscles in the human body.
It is where the upper torso draws more that perfect abs you have always dreamed of, but more importantly, keeping it that way for good!

How Can I Solve My Problem? The answer is "information" and the information is here!

Look at this informative information, and believe it and you will Achieve IT.

I am definitely taking these tips to heart... it never hurts to be reminded to look after my health and also insure that I don't create even more stress and hardship for myself in the long run. Thanks for the great article!

In the past, in times of great stress I have tended to let self-care be the thing I let go of first. This year for the first time I can ever remember, I have made absolutely sure I am taking care of myself even when it's the last thing I want to think about.

I tend to be the type of person who, when things get rough, totally loses my appetite and stops sleeping so I really have to focus on making sure I eat and get enough rest. I can function on 4-5 hours of sleep a night so it's hard to get it through my head that I need more than that to live a healthy life.

wonderful article. taking care of oneself is so important. I sometimes admire my friends who seem to only need 3 or 4 hours of sleep but I just don't feel healthy or rested unless I get at least 8. I know I need to listen to my body!

I found this article by searching for "the best way for taking care of your body," and it was the first result. :) As a young person lucky enough to be mostly healthy, I often take my health for granted. (This means I often eat terrible food!) Your advice is wise and very down-to-earth. So glad I found you!

Great article! I think its so interesting that when we are stressed, looking after ourselves seems to be the first thing to go to the bottom of our priority list when really it should be at the top.

I think many of us are struggling with the same problems. Myself included, at times -...so I began with meditation for 7 years ago. I was so tired of waking up at 5-6 o'clock in the morning, my problem is totally gone and that's why I appreciate so much and love meditation. Try it...) and practice qigong to and I`m shore your life will be better. Good luck my friend...and take good care of yourself. You have only this life.

I know that many young people are taking their health for granted But I hope that my article can get you on some second thoughts and after that you have searched on google for something better-then you probably become a little wiser recently. It is important to live healthy and well and incorporate the good habits from a young age-you will get it back in diversity as you get older.
