A counselor once told me to write a list of 100 things that I would do if I had unlimited time and resources. Then to choose one thing from the list and make it happen. I can honestly say that since writing that list, I have made several things happen that I would have never known I could do.
When you set goals for yourself, it gives you something to look forward to and to work towards. Completing those goals is like sunshine on a rainy day. It makes you want to complete even more goals. I make goals for everything that I do including my everyday task. I actually use word note to keep track of my goals and each time I complete them, I delete all of the notes that went along with it and then start working on another goal.
