Down to the centuries, many have asked the age old question, what is love? 
The answers have been many and varied. In addition, it depends on where you look. For some it’s an attraction. For others it has a deeper meaning. For still others it is a very personal thing and very hard to describe.

The Greeks had three words for love. They were agape, philos and eros. Each had a special meaning. Agape meant an unconditional love. The word philos was associated with brotherly love, and eros meant physical love.  

Still others see love is only a physical attraction between two people.  It is tied to an emotion could there be something else? And consist mostly of feeling. But is that what love really is? Certainly there is an attraction between two people and the associated feelings that go along with it, but is that all there is to love? 

One of the pioneers of mental science, Thomas forward, said it this way. There is life. This we know. We see it all around us. We are very familiar with the plant world where things are continuously growing, dying, and reproducing. In addition where aware of the animals around us. Most people have pets and understands surely that those pets are living. We can’t forget humans as we are completely surrounded by them and in many cases associated with them. So there is life.

There must be something that supports that life. We know if we have a house plant and we never feet it or water it will not continue to grow. In fact it will wither and die. We know the same thing about animals. If the ones under our care are not nourished and adored, they tend to wither and die as well. For sure human beings need nurture and care, especially during the younger time of their life. For without they never grow up to be what they could.

In this us way of thinking, love is seen as the recognition of life, the support of it, and the enhancement of it no matter where you find it. It is the pure motive of giving greater enjoyment of life. Something different to be sure.

This definition fits all aspects of what you might consider as love and includes happiness. 
That is because happiness is really us being of our true selves. How much truer can we get than continuously supporting life?

It's not the situation, but whether we react (negative) or respond (positive) to;
 the situation that's important.

Much of learning to prevent disease revolves around having a healthier lifestyle. If you are overweight, your overall health will improve dramatically as will your chances of staying healthy. Exercising is going to be a huge part of prevention home remedies because not only does it help you lose weight and take pressure off your heart, it strengthens all of your body and helps get rid of the toxins that are in your body.

Eating right is a big part of getting and staying healthy. Like above, it will help you lose weight but it will also help ensure that you are putting good things in your body to fuel it and help get rid of the toxins that are in your body.

One of the tougher things to do, as if the above wasn't already tough enough, is limiting your intake of alcohol and cutting out smoking. Both of those are proven to weaken your body and will cause you to have severe and avoidable problems down the road.
Lowering your blood pressure by de-stressing is something that will help other prevention home remedies and actually could be considered one itself. Finding ways to avoid stress and unwind will help keep your body from getting sick. The more your mind stresses, the harder it is on your body. Find ways to rest and relax. Get out of incredibly stressful situations if at all possible.

Get yourself on a good vitamin regimen to help ensure that your body is getting the nutrients it needs. (if you don`t eat very healthy) Make sure that you are also getting enough fiber in your diet to help get rid of toxins in your body. Most of these things are common sense but it is amazing how often common sense ceases to be common in our own lives. Taking these measures will help us realize that the best and most effective prevention home remedies are not that difficult to find and that it really is easy to stay healthy.

Location; Suldal, Norway.

Here are some hightlights of the area; so if you like hunting for treasure and discovering new places-
you know where to travel.

Suldal has many lakes and rivers and the chance of many wonderful experiences in fjords, rivers and lakes...
So if you visiting Suldalsvatnet- You can try to cathing a big trout.

Økstrafjorden-, is a calm fjord with hidden treasure.

The Nature is just stunning, If you go with boat- You need to visit Sandsfjorden and Hylsfjorden- 
High mountains and powerful waterfalls with a flora of beautiful flowers everywhere. 
At the Suldalslågen you can take a free-float down the river wearing a dry suit, snorkel and get to see trout and salmon in their natural element.You can also join River expedition- with guide...)) or cycling / swimming-  and outdoor bath tub.

You can also Experience Suldal and Ryfylke in a sea Kayak, where you are really close to the elements.

You can also find around 20 Museums here- from beautiful grand farm from;
 1850`s," Kolbeinstveit oldfarmstead".
To;
"The idyllic coastal town Jelsa" The best preserved coastal town in Ryfylke.
It a picturesque community of small white wooden houses at Noresjøen. Its exactly the same
as 100 years ago. The church in Jelsa was built in 1647  very beautifully decorated by the artist G. Hendtzcel. There are so much more to tell you- but I continue with the story some other time.

Meditation is an exercise that soothes the mind, relaxes one’s body and lessens tension.


To silence the mind also needs the courage so one can release the future, his expectations and fears and to only live for the present, which the only period and phase of one’s life that one can and should exist.
It is only by existing in the present that one is able to let go of all connections to the outcome of one’s own actions or “karma”.

Success and failure no longer offer one the identity to which one depends.  It is when one connects to the quietness underneath one’s mental commotion that one finds inner peace. It is 'here' alone, the present that one can forgive leave in abundance because one has left all his negative baggages behind.
Meditation is an exercise that soothes the mind, relaxes one’s body and lessens tension. With constant practice, the rushing and raising of one’s thoughts in his mind holds back, and consequently, the mind relaxes.

Happiness then increases with regular meditation. Love, understanding, tolerance, inner strength and bravery also increases.The ability to concentrate is sharpened, so that one’s mind will be stronger and in control.
So that one’s capacity to enjoy the “present” is cultivated and blaming as well as criticizing, which are negative attitudes decreases or stops. One knows without any doubt, spiritually, that understanding and knowledge lies inside one’s heart and the mind searches for it by way of thinking.
Restlessness is handled by summoning peace. Relaxation will be found when one is at rest.
When one finds at times thinking as enjoyable, one can attempt to contrast its force with silence; thinking will fade in comparison.

Although on certain occasions thinking generates cleverness, silence can grant the complete capacity that of which cleverness is only one portion. One seeking capacity from thoughts or thinking yet turn to silence often gain a more creative capacity.
Silence will be understood and accomplished when one encounters with the Divine that is inside one’s inner being. If the Divine makes contact with the mind, it will feel it and distinguish it as “light”.

The emotions will be felt as love; sensations will be felt as delight.
The Divine descends into one’s spirituality in two sides, namely force and consciousness.
The different sections of one’s being which answers back feels silence, love, light, power and delight.
It is in this silent state of that mind that one attracts positive forces and focus the subconscious to set a goal for one’s success.

I want to share these beautiful pictures from Stavanger city - city in Norway with the best reputation ...)) with its 130,426 inhabitants. Stavanger is a wonderful city to live in - I also moved to Stavanger- Norway, and it has been a wonderful experience. This beautiful city and surrounding areas offers the most experiences. The scenery is beautiful and it offers everything one could wish for. So I am so happy to live here- in this beautiful city-here's everything I want ...)) and some very nice people.

Stavanger est une ville merveilleuse à vivre dans - J'ai aussi déménagé à Stavanger et il a été une expérience merveilleuse. Cette belle ville et ses environs offre le plus d'expériences. Le paysage est magnifique et il offre tout ce dont on peut rêver. Donc, je suis très heureux de rester ici dans cette belle ville, voici tout ce que je veux ...)) et des gens très sympas.

it is one’s choice.
  
Abundance, peace and happiness are one’s inheritance that is only achieved when one practices centering and quieting the mind. Not simple to achieve, especially in a very noisy society, but it can be done.

The mind constantly is noisy that is invaded by thoughts. Such time, when the streams of thoughts are blocked off, a different section of the mind that which is bestowed with the capability of transforming knowledge into virtually usable concepts becomes active. The moment that busy thoughts recedes, silence then go deep into the mind. Your present thoughts, knowledge transformation into constructive ideas and intellectual thinking should all stop in order that silence can enter the mind. 

The chattering mind is never quite, and through the mouth, it expresses itself.
Meditation provides an entryway so as to calm the mind and retrieve answers beyond the problem. 
Where the body requires regular exercise to retain its strength, so does the mind needs constant practice to quiet down its unpredictable feelings and thoughts. 

Silencing the mind through meditation permits one to bond and attach with one’s central being that one might experience the fulfillment and peace within. Curiosity is what stimulates the thoughts. A need to comprehend a new event that engrosses one’s thought. Until such time that mind fully comprehends, it will not stop thinking. Each time that a new thought enters the mind, it immediately gets lively and active; as thinking is the minds chief activity. In contrast, meditation entails silencing the mind in order that one can obtain innermost and deep guidance.

In such times that the mind is restless, one can discover the mind to be persistently thinking; this is how the mind breaks away from its agitation. 
There are certain times that one’s mind is strained due to so much work and therefore searches relaxation and thinking is a means of relaxation.   
To silence the mind one needs the courage so to release and set free your past, the hurt upon which one attains a certain sense of character which traps one in his past.

a person and go farther.

There are many ways that you can increase your personal growth and they are easy and fun.
Personal growth can come from reading and learning about new things. When you are open to this,
you are adding more to your mind. Education is something that you need to have in your life and by bringing more of it to your world; you are increasing your ability to make your life better and more special. Personal growth is something that you need to do for your own self.

Meeting new people is another way of personal growth. By meeting people you can open your horizons and getting to meet people that can add something to your life. You will be able to add more to your own environment by bringing new people into your world. 
You can have fun and see what you are missing when you are willing to meet new people and do new things with them. Traveling is something else that you can do to have fun and increase your personal growth. 

You will see that traveling the world is a great experience that you can do to broaden your horizons.
You will want to go to different places that are going to make your world better.
You will want to be able to travel to new and fun places and get more out of the environment.
This is something that will add to your mind and bring you more interest in life and what it has to bring for you.

Your career is another way for you to grow. You can use your career as something that make you want to achieve more goals and do more in life. With your career, you are always searching for new ways to make your life more successful and to make more money.
With the right career, you are going to make your life more interesting and something that you can be proud of in life. Family is something else that will help you grow as a person. You will want your family to help you with your life experiences. 
You want to share your memories and your life with them. 
Family is always going to be a part of your life and you want them to help you be a better person and increase your personal growth. use this as a way to get to know them and how they feel. You will see that this can be a very special way of boding with your family and making them a part of your world.

You want to make sure that you are using your abilities to help others too. You can use your personal growth with coaching.
You may be able to grow more and be a better person when you are trying to help others through coaching.
You can coach others in many different ways.
Trying to find a way to be a better coach for others is not always easy.

You can use your strength in coaching as a good point that will help you grow as a person. 
This is something that you can do for yourself so that you are doing something 
that is making a difference in your life and in others lives as well. You may want to use
this strength for helping people make decisions that are going to help them in life. 
This is a good way to use your power for something good.

You will want to increase your personal growth as often as you can. When you are doing what you can to make yourself feel better, you will be adding growth to your life as well. There are many people that are not sure what their purpose is in life. They may not have found their main goal in life so they might be looking for a goal that will help them feel better.

Coaching is a great skill that not everyone has. When you are looking to make good of your ability to coach others and make them happy, you will want to apply this in your life. Increasing your personal growth is a great accomplishment that you can be proud of.

You will want to use your coaching skills to make your personal life better. 
You should not be afraid to make the most of your life and make your abilities stand out.

You will want to figure out what you can do best and what is making you the person that you are.

How to talk to others and improve your personal growth...

Sometimes you will notice that it is hard to express your feelings about anything. You need to share your feelings with others and you need to think about who you share your feelings with. You want to make sure that you share your feelings with those who really care about you and who will make you feel better about yourself. You will notice that you will get closer to those who care about you.

You need to focus on your feelings and what you want to express. Once you are able to express your feelings, you will find that you feel better about yourself and you will get some personal growth out of the talk. You can be assured by talking to others and you will also find the strength to change the things in your life that you dislike.

If you find it hard to talk to someone about your feelings, you may want to make a list of how you feel and when you feel it. You may even want to identify who makes you feel certain things. This way you can get them to stop the negative thoughts and get you to be more positive and become a positive reflection on yourself. Also, once you identify who makes you feel what you can grow by getting the negativity around you to go away and you’ll find support by having positive feelings replace the negative.

Some people don’t even realize that they make others feel bad. If you tell others how they make you feel, you will find that they will stop quickly. Most of the time, they don’t realize what their actions do to a person’s self esteem. Once you figure out what it is that you feel, you should be able to grow personally from all the experiences that you have.

It is very important that you talk about your feelings or you may hinder yourself from any amount of progress. You will end up being consumed with negativity and then you will become sick, physically and emotionally. You may find that your health will decay from all of the locked up feelings that you have as well as being held back. You need to talk to someone who you feel secure and safe to talk to. You will want to seek the support of those who make you feel better about yourself.

You want to talk to someone who truly cares for you. You can also seek the help from a third party like a counselor or physiologist.
When it comes to talking about your feelings, you will want to know how to talk about your feelings. First, you will need to pick an appropriate time and place. If the person has a lot on their mind, you may want to hold off for a few days so that they can help you and truly focus on you. As always the best 4u...)

You will want to keep your strengths in mind when you are setting your goals.


Do you want to improve your self-esteem?

If you or others notice that you have low self esteem, you may want to take some steps to make your self esteem seem much higher. You need to recognize your strengths and help build on your weaknesses. 
You will have to think about how to improve your self esteem and what you really want out of life. 
If you make a few lists, you should be able to find several ways to increase your self esteem levels.
The first list that you will need to make is a list of your personality strengths. 
List everything that you are good at. You can list things like sports or other activities, 
or you can list things that you like about yourself. 

Then you need to make a list of activities that you aren’t so good at or thing that you dislike about yourself. 
Look at the list of things that you like. Is it long?
Does it give you some comfort? Now look at the second list. 
You will notice that most of the list is extremely negative and may be some of the things out of your control. 
For those things that you can’t change or control you should change them to sound positive and put them on your list of things that you like. 

For example, maybe you dislike a co-worker. On the positive side, name someone that you work with that you do like. Once you have a list of things that you can change you need to think about placing goals so that you can change those things. 

You will want to keep your strengths in mind when you are setting your goals. 

You will want to be able to use your strengths to help you achieve your goals 
You should also try to take the negative things and put them in a positive light. 
You don’t want to bring yourself down, but to look at what you are capable of achieving and with some commitment you should be able to change the circumstances to be more pleasing.

Also, to raise your self esteem, you need to keep yourself from people who love to bring you down and say hurtful things to you. You may want to keep away from these people or limit yourself interacting with those types of people. Once you are able to take your negativity away from your environment, the positive will come out and you should be able to reach all your goals and with self esteem. Another thing is to accept your defeats. Sometimes you will set a goal, but you won’t be able to achieve the goal. If you don’t achieve the goal, you need to think about the reasons why you failed. 
Maybe you really just didn’t want it, but others wanted it for you.
That’s okay to fail if your heart wasn’t in it. There are times that you are going to think about 
all the hard work that you put in it and how much you really wanted it, but the truth may be that someone else wanted it more. That’s okay

because you tried your best and if you fail doing your best, it’s better than allowing the defeat.
You can grow from the situation and next time you will have more heart than anyone.
Take steps to raise your self-esteem and feel better about who you are. Lastly, you need to allow yourself to be confident. When you show others that you are confident you can be intimidating to some, 
because confident people usually reach their goals. However, again you need to find a balance. 
You don’t want to seem cocky, but you want to seem qualified and eager.
